The photographs of Dennis Pursey sat at the wheel of a 1902 Stirling Daimler. Dennis, Alans' Great Grandfather, founded the company back in 1898.
The garage was originally sited on the High Street of Street, and moved to its current site in Walton on the A361 just outside Street in 1964. Originally dealers for various marques over the years (Austin, Riley, Standard, Rootes Group which then became Chrysler Simca.) The company became Vauxhall Dealers in 1980.
The Retailer Operator is Alan Pursey. The Sales Manager is Rob Jones who is assisted by Sales Executives Paul Lewis and Andrew Steele. Phillip Martin is our Aftersales Manager with Steve Court as Service Recptionist. Our Parts Manager is Martin Fox.
Our on-site workshop has 5 technicians, all Vauxhall Factory Trained and equipped with the tools and computer equipment to deal with the latest Vauxhall engineering technology.
